Ms Annemarie Numa

Chair of the Association, Annemarie was appointed to the Board in 2017, having been a member of the Finance & Audit Committee since December 2015.
Experience
Annemarie has over 20 years financial and commercial experience gained from senior roles in large multi-national corporations, including BlueScope Steel Limited, BHP Billiton Limited and Newcrest Mining Limited. Annemarie is currently a Law Interpretation Director at the Australian Taxation Office working in the Objections and Review area for Large Market and Multinational Groups. Currently also a Non-Executive Director of Baptcare Ltd. Previously Non-Executive Director of Uniting Church of Australia (Vic & Tas.) Property Board.

Ms Jennee Chan

Jennee was appointed to the Board in 2018.
Experience
Jennee has over 20 years advisory experience and has worked in a number of the Big Law firms, top 4 chartered accounting firms and in-house corporate, in Australia and in London. She is currently a partner at commercial law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth, specialising in indirect taxation.

Ms Melanie Bouchier-Jafari
BCom, CPA, MBA, GAICD
Deputy Chair of the Association, Melanie was appointed to the Board in 2018.
Experience
Melanie has over 25 years experience in business, tax, and accounting. In 2017, she founded Trailblazer Consulting Group, a company dedicated to providing strategic advice to small and medium-sized businesses. She places a strong emphasis on fostering individual talent within organisations, enhancing smart processes, and maximising the use of technology to gain efficiencies.

Dr Turlough Guerin
GAICD, FGIA, FAIA
Turlough was appointed to the Board in 2019, having served as a member of the Governance & Risk Committee since 2015.
Experience
Turlough has 20 years experience in board level roles in the for-purpose sector in diverse organisations covering community engagement, primary industry, infrastructure, and sustainability. Highlights include Chair of the Australian Institute of Agriculture, the Board Advisors to the Climate Alliance, and the Community and Industry Advisory Board, University of Melbourne. He is a member of Future Generation Working Group of the Board of the community-owned co-operative, Hepburn Wind, and External Advisory Committee for Agriculture at the University of Sydney. He has held senior roles in sustainability with the technology companies Telstra and First Solar, as well as in the energy sector. He previously worked for the NSW Government as Program Leader for its Low Emissions Building Materials Program. He is currently CEO Landcare NSW.

Mr Michael Ting

Michael was appointed to the Board in May 2023.
Experience
Michael has over 20 years of experience in building and supporting SMEs, through bringing structured clarity to complex problems. Previous roles include Young Adults Pastor at Full Gospel Assembly Melbourne, and Founding Director at Tingmore Structures and Tingmore Developments. He is currently the Treasurer of Full Gospel Assembly Melbourne in Box Hill, and an investor and board advisor in a range of SMEs across various industries.

Mr Steven Fogg
Steve was appointed to the Board in May 2024, having served as a member of the Governance & Risk Committee since 2021
Experience
Steve has over 20 years experience in the creative services industry serving as a Graphic Designer, Creative Director and Marketing Director.
He currently serves as Online Campus Pastor at a Church and serves on several non-profit Boards.

Mr Brandon Howard
BCom, CPA, MBA
Brandon was appointed to the Board in May 2024.
Experience
Brandon has over 20 year’s experience in Executive roles in complex and diverse health and community organisations across Victoria, ACT and regional NSW. He is a qualified accountant. Most recently he was the Chief Executive of Anglicare NSW South, NSW West and ACT. Brandon has held directorships at Baptcare, YMCA Geelong, Churches of Christ Vic/Tas and C4M (childcare operator). He is currently on the Board of South West Healthcare (Warrnambool Hospital). Brandon is currently the Director of Child, Youth & Family (Western Victoria) at MacKillop Family Services. McKillop is a national organisation supporting and empowering children, young people and families.
