About this role
This is an exciting opportunity to work within our Digital Engagement team to deliver meaningful and effective connections with our audience, in line with our Digital Engagement Strategy. As Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will coordinate the creation and delivery of content for our website, app, and other digital channels. You will also help manage organic and paid campaigns to attract, acquire and engage listeners, followers and donors. You will work to enhance brand visibility, engage with our target audience, and support overall marketing and business objectives.
This is a full-time -permanent opportunity.
- Support the delivery of campaigns with strategies and tactics including search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM) and social media ads
- Assist in developing digital content strategy and lead the creation of high-quality, SEO-friendly content in a range of formats
- Review, edit and update website content as required
- Generate content for the website to increase engagement, researching and partnering with content partners and contributors
- Assist in developing an app strategy and lead implementation
- Support the writing and delivery of EDMs
- Liaise with the Business Development team to ensure the PositiveMedia website and LinkedIn profiles are optimised for lead generation
- Track and analyse Google Analytics and KPIs
- Experience in a similar digital marketing role
- Experience in SEO (Google Analytics, Google Console), SEM (Google Ads, Meta Ads), Microsoft Office Suite, Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor email automation platform, WordPress, content creation tools
- Solid project management skills
- Ability to build and maintain good working relationships
- Adaptability and creativity; you can think outside the box
- A ‘brand champion’ mindset that commits to maximising each opportunity to build brand awareness, increase engagement with the community, move unknowns to knowns (database build) and move knowns to donors

Qualifications
Tertiary qualified in marketing/communications or equivalent preferable
