Matthew McConaughey’s new book Poems & Prayers hit shelves last month, and his poetry has gone viral. Matthew’s believes the secret to a long marriage is… sleeping in a queen-sized bed.

Cue the collective gasp from couples everywhere.

Lucy and Kel weren’t so sure! “I do not applaud that,” Lucy said. “We had to sleep in a queen bed once, and it nearly killed us. Too close, too much heat, too much snoring. I could feel the sweat off his skin! I could hear his eyeballs moving!”

When it comes to bedtime real estate, the two couldn’t be more different. Kel loves a good cuddle. “I like a hug and a little bit of a smooch before we go to sleep.” But Lucy prefers more room to breathe. “Goodnight, darling. Then I roll over. That’s it. I like a bed so big I can kiss him, roll over four times, and still not fall off.”

From king beds to super kings (apparently big enough to need a GPS to find your partner), the chat turned into a hilarious reflection on how couples share space.
