Clayton Bjelan, CEO of PositiveMedia, home of 89.9 TheLight, provides an update on the status of the June fundraising campaign.

With a humble and grateful heart, I thank God for His ongoing faithfulness throughout TheLight’s June fundraising campaign. Through TheLight, lives are being touched in ways not often seen… in cars, homes, workplaces, and quiet moments when someone needs to know they are not alone.

One listener recently shared:

Yesterday I had some big work meetings happening, and I was about to go into those. I got a random phone call from Ringwood… and it was a lady from TheLight. [TheLight has] never cold called me, and she said ‘I just felt prompted to call you and see how you’re going’… The thing she did, which I loved, was she said, ‘Can I pray for you?’

And she brought a bit of hope in what was going to be a very challenging meeting, and just that reassurance that we’re all children of God, and together as a team going through this journey of life.

This is the impact of TheLight. It’s more than a radio station… it’s a constant source of hope, encouragement, and the love of Jesus reaching people exactly when they need it most.

At the close of the June on-air fundraising campaign at 6pm tonight, TheLight had reached 48.5% of the current financial target, leaving a critical funding gap of $941,596. Making up this shortfall will enable TheLight to do everything that we believe God is entrusting TheLight to do in 2026 and continue broadcasting hope and encouragement to those who rely on it daily.

I would also like to take this opportunity to personally invite you to be part of this moment to help close this critical funding gap.

Thank you for taking a moment to prayerfully consider this invitation. May God bless you abundantly, guiding each step and filling your heart with His peace.
