🎤 Meet Our Co-Host: Naomi Kwong

Joining our host Kate Westwood this week is Naomi Kwong.

Naomi is an Australian Christian singer-songwriter and worship leader based in Melbourne. Her musical journey is marked by a calling to serve through worship, and she draws inspiration from both Scripture and everyday life to pen songs that speak to the heart. As an independent artist, Naomi often works closely with worship collectives and local church teams, collaborating with other creative worship leaders like Joash Thomson to bring songs to life in both intimate gatherings and broader ministry settings.

Her vocal style leans clean and transparent, suited for leading congregational worship or recording reflective, devotional covers. A glimpse of her tone and presence can be heard in her rendition of “O Holy Night” on YouTube, which has attracted thousands of views.

While she may not yet have a large catalog of original studio albums, Naomi’s ministry manifests through her real-time worship leading, spontaneous musical offerings, and encouraging presence online. Many of her projects and performances are woven into the worship life of her community and church networks.

Naomi’s heart as an artist is to see worship transcend performance and become a bridge – into God’s presence, toward spiritual healing, and deeper connection with God and one another. Her music is both a gift and a tool: offering sanctuary to listeners, and carrying a pastoral sensitivity that honours vulnerability, hope, and worship in everyday moments.
