Which bird sound is better, the kookaburra laugh or the magpie warble?
Kel is Team Kookaburra. He hears them laughing at him in the carpark at 5am and takes it personally, but lovingly. He even admitted he fell in love with their house because kookaburras lived above it… until one accidentally ended up in the pool and the rest never came back.
Lucy grew up hand-raising birds of every kind. She adores kookaburras, especially the ones her family rescued, but the gentle warble of a magpie melts her heart. She even attempted a magpie impression live on air. Lucy immediately begged Producer Casey not to release the footage.
Both sounds say summer is on the way, but only one can win.
