🎤 Meet Our Co-Host: CAFE TOKYO

Joining our host Kate Westwood this week is Shabach Remalli – also known as Cafe Tokyo.

Café Tokyo is the indie-pop artist project of Melbourne-based multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter Shabach Remalli. With groovy synths, summertime beats, and shimmering guitars, Café Tokyo crafts vibrant, feel-good music that blends joy, energy, and relatability.
Since launching his debut single I’M GOOD in 2024, Shabach has already earned recognition through Spotify Fresh Finds, 89.9 TheLight’s Aus Music Showcase, and a rapidly growing TikTok audience.

His tracks highlight themes of mental health, love, and embracing joy in everyday life. Café Tokyo is quickly establishing himself as one to watch in Australia’s indie-pop landscape.

🌟 One to Watch: The McCredie Brothers

The McCredie Brothers are a folk/pop acoustic duo original from Newcastle, NSW, made up of brothers Pete and David McCredie. Their music blends heartfelt storytelling with catchy melodies, drawing comparisons to artists like Vance Joy, George Ezra, and Ed Sheeran.

With tracks like “Lost Without You,” “I’ll Be There,” and “Mistletoe,” they’ve built momentum through intimate performances and strong indie-folk appeal. Known for their warm harmonies and busking roots, they’ve turned bedroom recordings into national touring. Their fanbase is growing steadily, both online and through live shows, as they bring honest emotion and engaging performances wherever they go.🎵

I’m excited for the release of their new song ‘Rise’ in October 2025.
