Every time Lucy and Kel go on holiday there’s always a small part of Kel (and sometimes Lucy) that goes “we could pack everything up and move here”.

It happened in the Gold Coast and even in Bali!

This got them curious about whether anyone has taken the plunge and actually done it…so they asked their listeners.

Kari texted in and said her and her husband went on Puffing Billy and then bought land and built a mud brick home in Cockatoo.

Thomas called in with a theory on why, men especially, get this way on holiday after his experience on his honeymoon in Harvey Bay. He said it’s the male version of window shopping, women look at shoes while men look at real estate agents.

Lucy liked this idea as it gives the ladies another advantage to get away with buying clothes, shoes or bags…Because at least she didn’t buy property in Bunyip!
