About Ash

I have found my voice in radio, following three years of hosting The Everyday Joy Podcast, where faith and everyday life meet in honest, hope-filled conversation. With a background in marketing and a lifelong love of storytelling (and an old dream of working in musical theatre), my path took a surprising turn when I joined TheLight—and I've been growing behind the mic ever since. At the heart of it all, I am passionate about pointing people to Jesus in a way that feels real, grounded, and relevant—not distant or complicated, but present in the middle of everyday life. I also love finding the fun in life, laughing often, and not taking the small moments too seriously. When I'm not on air, you’ll find me sharing coffee with my husband, singing along to show tunes or worship music, serving at church, or chasing down Melbourne’s best eats and hidden gems. A creative at heart, I love music, community, and finding joy (and a good laugh) in the small, ordinary moments that make life meaningful.
