Tekoa is the genre-defying team of Rory, Samuel, Kurt and Jacob hailing from Melbourne, Australia. With a sound as expansive as their vision, Tekoa blend contemplative lyricism, soul-infused melodies, and ethereal alternative production to deliver a uniquely vibrant voice in the Christian music landscape.

Fresh off collaborations with standout artists like Mark Barlow and Antoine Bradford, Tekoa’s debut EP Hymns + Disparity introduced them to global audiences, racking up over 80 million streams independently. Their genre-fluid expression refuses to be boxed in—mixing alt-soul, ambient textures, gospel roots, and indie pop elements in a sonic experience that elevates the spirit and challenges the familiar.

Handpicked to support Lauren Daigle on the New Zealand leg of The Kaleidoscope Tour in 2024, Tekoa continue to establish themselves as a force to watch in Christian and gospel music worldwide.

🌟 One to Watch: [Tell Me I’m Dreaming]

Our spotlight this week is on Tell Me I’m Dreaming – a sibling duo from Queensland. I’m enjoying their track ‘Taking What Comes’.
Matt and Sam Walker look to writing music that will bring hope to their audiences in an uplifting and in an entertaining fashion. With the focus on being real and authentic, Matt and Sam have dreamt of making an impact in their own communities within their home of Australia and on a global scale.
