In Psalms we find a blueprint for worship that holds joy and sorrow together, an honest, defiant kind of praise that trusts God even when life hurts. Praise isn’t performance, it’s realignment. It anchors us in God’s faithfulness and opens the door to healing, even in the middle of the storm.
