The wording below can be used when including Positive Media in your Will:
If you want to make a specific bequest, which would be a gift of a set amount, or specific property:
I give the sum of $________ (or specific property) free of all duties and taxes payable at my death to Positive Media Ltd. for the general purposes and uses of Positive Media Ltd., and I declare the receipt of a treasurer or other proper officer for the time being of Positive Media Ltd, shall be a full and sufficient discharge to my trustees.
If you want to leave a residuary bequest, which means leaving a portion (%) or all of what is left in your estate after specific gifts and taxes and debts are fulfilled:
I give ___ % of my estate free of all duties and taxes payable at my death to Positive Media Ltd. for the general purposes and uses of Positive Media Ltd., and I declare the receipt of a treasurer or other proper officer for the time being of Positive Media Ltd., shall be a full and sufficient discharge to my trustees.
OR
I give the remainder or residue of my estate free of all duties and taxes payable at my death to Positive Media Ltd. for the general purposes and uses of Positive Media Ltd., and I declare the receipt of a treasurer or other proper officer for the time being of Positive Media Ltd., shall be a full and sufficient discharge to my trustees.
